No. Melatonin is optional, never required. If you choose to use it, EOLE tells you exactly when to take it—and when to avoid it—to support your adaptation. If you have any medical questions, always consult your healthcare professional.
EOLE is particularly beneficial for flights crossing three or more time zones. If your journey includes a layover, simply create a new protocol for each flight segment. The app only collects the information strictly necessary to generate your personalized protocol and never uses it for commercial purposes. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. You remain in control of your information and can delete your account and associated data at any time.
